Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality – The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Educational Qualification – Candidates should have completed their 12th grade in Science, Commerce, Arts, or Vocational streams from a recognised state and central board.
- Age Limit – Applicants should be between 18 to 40 years old. OBC candidates can avail of a relaxation of up to 3 years in the upper age limit, while SC candidates can benefit from a relaxation of up to 5 years.

Chhattisgarh Forest Guard Job Vacancy Selection Process 2024
- Written Examination: The Forest Guard Written Exam is conducted Offline. Duration of Exam is 2 hours (120 minutes). It consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) totalling 150 marks, where each correct answer earns 1 mark. Negative marking applies, deducting 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
- Physical Efficiency & Standard Test (PET / PST): Includes running, long jump, high jump, and measurements for height, weight, and chest.
